Intellectual Property
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself and all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Can DEVECIOGLU (referred to as “developer” throughout these terms).
Nature of the Service
Verdict is an AI-powered behavioral pattern analysis tool. It is important to understand the following:
Verdict is NOT a substitute for professional help. Verdict does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. The app generates behavioral pattern observations using artificial intelligence. These observations are for self-reflection and informational purposes only.
Verdict does not diagnose mental health conditions. The patterns, metrics, and analyses provided by Verdict are AI-generated interpretations. They should not be treated as clinical assessments, psychological evaluations, or professional opinions.
Seek professional help when needed. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, emotional distress, or psychological crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional, a crisis helpline, or emergency services in your area.
AI limitations. Verdict’s analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpret the context of your input. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any analysis generated by the app.
Voice Data and Privacy
When you use Verdict, you provide voice recordings that are transcribed and analyzed. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your voice input will be processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI) for the purpose of generating analysis. Your original audio recordings are stored only on your device. Transcripts are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. You retain full control over your locally stored data and can delete it at any time.

Subscriptions and Payments
Verdict offers a freemium model with optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are presented within the app before purchase. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. The developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscription periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Verdict for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. You agree not to use the Service to harm, harass, or abuse others. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limitations. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any analysis generated by the app.
Limitation of Liability
The developer provides Verdict on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, any decisions made based on the app’s analysis, or any inability to access or use the Service. The developer accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on the app’s functionality or analysis.
Age Requirement
Verdict is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not use this Service.
Internet Connection
Certain features of Verdict require an active internet connection to function. The developer cannot guarantee full functionality without Wi-Fi or mobile data access. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app, including roaming charges if applicable.
App Updates
The developer may release updates to the app from time to time. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change with updates. The developer does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with your device or iOS version. The developer may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms will end and you must stop using the app.
